  • Packing and Preparation: Customers are responsible for packing their belongings unless they opt for our packing services. We are not liable for items that are improperly packed or damaged due to inadequate preparation.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To reserve our services, you must book in advance. Booking can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. Upon confirmation, we will provide an estimate of charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will address your concerns to the best of our ability. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable terms will be included in your service agreement.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: While we take great care in handling your belongings, Cocoa Movers is not responsible for damages to items that are not properly packed or for damages arising from improper handling that was not caused by our team. Our liability for any loss or damage to your items is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
  • Insurance: We recommend that customers take out insurance to cover potential damages or loss of items. If you choose not to purchase insurance, Cocoa Movers is not responsible for any losses.

8. Prohibited Items

Cocoa Movers does not transport certain items, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Explosives
  • Live animals
  • Illegal items If any prohibited items are found during the move, we reserve the right to refuse transportation of such items.

9. User Content

  • Content Submitted by Users: By submitting any content (such as reviews, images, etc.) on our website or social media platforms, you grant Cocoa Movers the right to use, display, or modify the content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
